Fresh Royalty Studios pieces are produced and fulfilled with care. Due to the nature of our products and production process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.

Please review all product details and our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Fresh Royalty Studios promptly after delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may enter production shortly after being placed. Once production or fulfillment has begun, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled.
